Actually, it wasn't even raining, just reallllllly windy last night.
The timing couldn't have been better. We have an outrageous electric bill and a wedding coming up in a month.
Thank goodness the tax returns are on their way.
Hooray for home ownership!

But it's your fence. And it's your yard. Don't ever forget that. I cannot express how jealous I am that you have a fence to fix. And believe me (if you've been following, you have no question), I've got enough things to fix without fences.
You are right Alex. I am very thankful that it's OUR house. In spite of, and because of, all its quirks!
